Fish Barbecue
Intan and Ramli run the small warung Beach Boy Sunset on Gelampar Beach. In addition to nasi goreng and mi goreng, they also offer a fish barbecue at the beach in front of their warung.
Fresh tuna is grilled in the traditional way using a bonfire made from coconut shells. The fish is prepared with a special marinade and served with rice, vegetables, tempeh and sambal.

Traditional Meal
Rizki is running the small warung Tiga Saudara in Kertasari. There you can find fried chicken with rice and sometimes fried tofu with vegetables (tahu ici).
She also serves a traditional dish of nasi liwat, vegetables in sauce, small fish balls, tofu and sambal manga.
